日新發(fā)明的省開煉機(jī)的濾膠機(jī),采用雙挽喂料裝置。廣泛用于電纜行業(yè)、再生膠行業(yè)、內(nèi)胎行業(yè)、膠管行業(yè)、塑膠跑道等橡膠制品廠商。可以使密煉機(jī)混煉好的膠料,無需老工藝經(jīng)過開煉機(jī)出膠條喂入老式濾膠機(jī)，可團(tuán)膠直接喂入雙挽喂料機(jī)構(gòu)。利用螺桿推擠、輸送作用,把混煉膠或再生膠中的雜質(zhì)清除掉,或擠出片狀或造粒。主要由提升送料機(jī)、團(tuán)膠喂料機(jī)構(gòu)、螺桿、機(jī)筒、濾膠機(jī)頭(出片機(jī)頭、造粒機(jī)頭)、自動(dòng)切膠裝置、溫控系統(tǒng)和傳動(dòng)裝置等組成。
產(chǎn)品特性:
1、團(tuán)膠喂料過濾機(jī),喂料效果好,過濾能力強(qiáng),大大降低了工人的工作強(qiáng)度、降低了投資成本。與老機(jī)型相比較,減少了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、降低了投資成本。
2、液壓換網(wǎng)裝置,操作快速、不漏膠、省時(shí)、省力。3、電控系統(tǒng)選用變頻器,提高資源利用率,安全節(jié)能。4、采用硬齒面擠出機(jī)專用減速箱，噪音低、使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
5、料筒、螺桿選用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼38CrMoALA制造,經(jīng)過調(diào)質(zhì)氮化處理;耐磨耐用。
6、多孔板用于支承過濾網(wǎng)并為排料口,是沿膠料流動(dòng)方向擴(kuò)張的錐形孔，節(jié)能、不燒膠。
